Article 3
1. The District of South Cambridgeshire except—
(a)the A14 and its associated slip roads from the boundary with the District of Huntingdonshire at grid reference TL 31984 66982 to the boundary of Cambridge City at grid reference TL 47307 62022, and from the boundary of Cambridge City at grid reference TL 48188 61640 until the boundary of the District of East Cambridgeshire at grid reference TL 53796 59960;
(b)the A428 and its associated slip roads from its junction with the A14 at grid reference TL 41897 61299 (junction 31, Girton Interchange) to the boundary with the District of Huntingdonshire at grid reference TL 23933 60172;
(c)the A11 and its associated slip roads from its junction with the M11 at grid reference TL 50412 44214 (junction 9a, Stump Cross) to the boundary with the District of East Cambridgeshire at grid reference TL 57417 57623;
(d)the M11 and its associated slip roads from—
(i)the boundary with the County of Essex at grid reference TL 50154 42357 to the boundary with Cambridge City at grid reference TL 44126 53263 and to its junction with the A11 at grid reference TL 50412 44214;
(ii)the boundary with Cambridge City at grid reference TL 43855 53529 to the boundary of Cambridge City at grid reference TL 42003 58665; and
(iii)the boundary with Cambridge City at grid reference TL 42111 59769 to the junction with the A14 at grid reference TL 40638 62236 (junction 31, Girton Interchange); and
(e)the roads within the site known as Bassingbourn Barracks, located at Bassingbourn Barracks, Bassingbourn, Royston, SG8 5LX, that are not highways maintainable at public expense (within the meaning of section 329(1) of the Highways Act 1980(1)).
