7.—(1) The Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (scheme employers), after paragraph 24(2) insert—
“25. The North Wales Corporate Joint Committee (established by the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/339 (W. 93))).
26. The Mid Wales Corporate Joint Committee (established by the Mid Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/342 (W. 96))).
27. The South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee (established by the South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/343 (W. 97))).
28. The South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee (established by the South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/352 (W. 104))).”.
(3) In Schedule 3 (administering authorities), in the table in Part 2(3) (appropriate administering authorities for categories of scheme members), at the end insert—
“An employee of the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee | Gwynedd Council |
An employee of the Mid Wales Corporate Joint Committee | Powys County Council |
An employee of the South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee | Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council |
An employee of the South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee | Carmarthenshire County Council” |
Paragraph 24 was substituted for the previous paragraph 24 and for paragraph 25 by regulation 29 of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/755), in accordance with regulation 1(2) of those Regulations.
There are amendments to Part 2 of Schedule 3 which are not relevant to this Order.
