2. In the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1), in regulation 1(2) (interpretation), in the definition of “Tariff of the United Kingdom”, for “version 1.12, dated 5th December 2022” substitute “version 1.15 dated 12th April 2023”(2).
