The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 51A(3)(c) and (e), (8)(d) and (12) and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002(1).

2002 c. 32. Section 51A was inserted by section 4(1) and (2) of the Education Act 2011 (c. 21). See section 212 of the Education Act 2002 for the definitions of “prescribed” and “regulations”.
