The Treasury make this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000(1).
In accordance with section 10(7) of that Act, the Treasury have consulted the Welsh Ministers where they have thought it appropriate.
2000 c. 20. Section 10 was amended by paragraph 57 of Schedule 10 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32).
