The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 63(1), 66(2) and 67(1) and (2) of the Health Act 1999(1):

1999 c. 8. The power of the Secretary of State in section 67(1) to make commencement orders for certain sections of the Act, (including those appearing in the schedules to this order), is exercisable, in relation to Wales, pursuant to section 66(2), by the National Assembly for Wales.
