Gofynion maeth disgyblion o oedran ysgol gorfodol mewn ysgolion cynradd
4.—(1) Rhaid cydymffurfio â'r gofynion a bennir ym mharagraff (2) wrth ddarparu cinio ysgol ar gyfer disgyblion cofrestredig mewn ysgolion cynradd heblaw ysgolion arbennig.
(2) Rhaid trefnu bod bwyd o bob un o grwpiau A, B, C ac Ch ar gael bob dydd—
(a)o fewn grŵ p A, fel bod:
(i)ffrwythau ffres, ffrwythau tun mewn sudd neu salad ffrwythau ar gael bob dydd;
(ii)melysfwyd wedi'i seilio ar ffrwythau ar gael o leiaf ddwywaith mewn unrhyw wythnos;
(iii)math o lysieuyn (nad yw'n perthyn i grŵ p B) ar gael bob dydd;
(b)o fewn grŵ p B, fel nad yw braster neu olew yn cael ei ddefnyddio yn y broses goginio ar fwy na dau ddiwrnod mewn unrhyw wythnos. Rhaid i'r braster neu'r olew a ddefnyddir fod o'r math aml-annirlawn neu fono-annirlawn;
(c)o fewn grŵ p C, fel bod:
(i)pysgod ar gael ar un diwrnod o leiaf mewn unrhyw wythnos;
(ii)darnau cig ar gael ar ddau ddiwrnod o leiaf mewn unrhyw wythnos.
(3) At ddibenion cinio i ddisgyblion cofrestredig mewn ysgolion cynradd, gall ffynonellau protein yng ngrŵ p C gynnwys cynhyrchion llaeth sy'n ffynonellau protein.
