Aelodaeth cyrff sefydledig
9.—(1) Y cworwm ar gyfer penderfyniad gan gorff llywodraethu ysgol o dan reoliad 8 fydd dwy ran o dair (wedi'i dalgrynnu i fyny i rif cyfan) o'r llywodraethwyr mewn swydd sydd â hawl i bleidleisio.
(2) Pedair blynedd fydd cyfnod swydd aelod o'r corff sefydledig ond gellir ail-benodi aelod.
(3) Ni all person bleidleisio dros ei benodi ei hun na'i ailbenodi ei hun yn aelod o gorff sefydledig.
(4) Rhaid llenwi swyddi gwag erbyn cyfarfod nesaf y corff sefydledig neu gan y cyfarfod ar ôl hynny os daw'r swydd yn wag lai na thri mis cyn y cyfarfod nesaf.
(5) Os na lenwir swydd wag aelod yn unol â pharagraff (4) gall y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ddiddymu'r corff sefydledig drwy orchymyn ar unrhyw ddyddiad a bennir ganddo, a bydd darpariaethau rheoliad 24(1)(ch) a (d) a (2) i (5) yn gymwys i'r diddymu hwnnw ac eithrio y bydd y cyfnod o chwe mis y cyfeirir ato yn rheoliad 24(2) yn cychwyn ar unrhyw ddyddiad a bennir gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn ysgrifenedig.
