ATODLEN 1Offeryn llywodraethu
Rhaid i'r offeryn llywodraethu sydd i'w fabwysiadu gan y corff sefydledig bennu—
(a)enw'r corff sefydledig;
(b)enwau'r ysgolion yn y grŵp;
(c)cyfansoddiad y corff sefydledig sy'n cynnwys—
(i)un llywodraethwr-aelod wedi'i benodi gan bob ysgol yn y grŵp, a
(ii)nifer o aelodau cymunedol yn hafal i un yn llai na chyfanswm y llywodraethwyr- aelodau;
(ch)darpariaethau ar gyfer cyfarfodydd (y cyntaf i'w gynnal o fewn 12 mis o'r dyddiad ffurfio a dim mwy na 13 mis rhwng pob cyfarfod dilynol); a
(d)unrhyw gymeriad, cenhadaeth neu ethos arbennig i'r grŵp sydd wedi'i dderbyn gan ei aelodau.
