Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso
1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Ardaloedd Rheoli Mwg (Tanwyddau Awdurdodedig) (Cymru) 2001.
(2) Daw'r Rheoliadau hyn i rym ar 17 Rhagfyr 2001.
(3) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i Gymru.
Tanwyddau awdurdodedig at ddibenion Deddf Aer Glân 1993
2. Datgenir bod glo caled, glo lled-galed, trydan, nwy, gloeau stêm anweddolrwydd isel a'r tanwyddau a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 1 yn danwyddau awdurdodedig at ddibenion Deddf Aer Glân 1993.
Diddymu ac eithrio
3.—(1) Mae'r Rheoliadau a restrir yn Atodlen 2 wedi'u diddymu.
(2) Bydd unrhyw danwydd a weithgynhyrchwyd cyn 17 Rhagfyr 2001 a oedd yn union cyn y dyddiad hwnnw yn danwydd awdurdodedig yn parhau yn danwydd awdurdodedig er bod y Rheoliadau a restrir yn Atodlen 2 wedi'u diddymu.
