Adennill llog
17.—(1) Pan fydd taliad cymorth yn cael ei wneud i fuddiolwr gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol a'i bod yn ofynnol ad-dalu'r cyfan neu ran o'r taliad gyda llog, yn rhinwedd Erthygl 48(1) o Reoliad y Comisiwn (sy'n darparu ar gyfer adennill taliadau anghywir gyda llog) bydd y cyfradd llog un pwynt canran uwchlaw y LIBOR fesul dydd.
(2) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, ystyr LIBOR yw cyfradd sterling tri-mis cyd-fanciau Llundain a gynigir sydd mewn grym yn ystod y cyfnod a bennir yn Erthygl 48(1) o Reoliad y Comisiwn.
(3) Mewn unrhyw achos sy'n ymwneud ag adennill llog yn unol â'r rheoliad hwn, bydd tystysgrif gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn datgan y LIBOR sy'n gymwysadwy yn ystod cyfnod a bennir yn y dystysgrif yn dystiolaeth ddigamsyniol o'r gyfradd sy'n gymwysadwy yn y cyfnod penodedig os yw'r dystysgrif hefyd yn datgan bod Banc Lloegr wedi hysbysu'r gyfradd honno i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
