The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 181 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002(1), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

2002 c. 15. The National Assembly for Wales can exercise the power under this section only as respects Wales - see section 181(4)(b) of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform act 2002.
