Cadw'r gofrestr

36.—(1) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(2) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn deuddeg diwrnod o gyflwyno'r hysbysiad gwahardd.

(2) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir ym mharagraffau (a) i (e) o reoliad 35(3) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn deuddeg diwrnod o'r adeg y mae'r cais am ganiatâd i ollwng neu farchnata wedi dod i law Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru .

(3) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(3)(f) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn deuddeg diwrnod o adeg rhoi neu wrthod y caniatâd.

(4) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(5)(a) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn deuddeg diwrnod o roi neu wrthod y caniatâd.

(5) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(5)(b) ac (ch) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn deuddeg diwrnod ar ôl iddi ddod i law Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.

(6) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(5)(c) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn pedwar diwrnod ar ddeg o adeg dirymu neu amrywio'r caniatâd.

(7) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(6) a 35(10) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn pedwar diwrnod ar ddeg o'r adeg y daeth i law Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.

(8) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(7) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn pedwar diwrnod ar ddeg o'r adeg y daeth i law Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.

(9) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(8) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn pedwar diwrnod ar ddeg o'r adeg y daeth i law Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.

(10) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth a ragnodir yn rheoliad 35(9) gael ei gosod ar y gofrestr o fewn pedwar diwrnod ar ddeg o'r adeg y cafodd Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ei hysbysu o'r penderfyniad.
