37.—(1) Rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, o fewn cyfnod o 28 diwrnod ar ôl rhoi caniatâd neu wrthod cais am ollwng organeddau a addaswyd yn enetig, drefnu bod manylion o ble a phryd y gellir archwilio copïau papur o'r sylwadau a gafwyd ar gael i'r cyhoedd drwy ba ddull bynnag y bydd yn barnu ei fod yn briodol.
(2) Ni fydd paragraff (1) yn ei gwneud hi'n ofynnol i drefnu bod copïau o'r sylwadau ar gael i'r cyhoedd pan fônt yn cynnwys gwybodaeth gyfrinachol a bod y person sy'n cyflwyno'r sylwadau wedi gofyn i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru drin yr wybodaeth honno yn gyfrinachol.
