Enwi, cychwyn a dehongli
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Bwrdeistref Sirol Casnewydd (Newidiadau Etholiadol) 2002.
(2) Daw'r Gorchymyn hwn i rym:
(a)at ddibenion achosion, sy'n arwain at unrhyw etholiad neu'n ymwneud ag unrhyw etholiad sydd i'w gynnal ar 6 Mai 2004, ar 9 Hydref 2003, a
(b)at bob diben arall, ar 6 Mai 2004.
(3) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn—
ystyr “adran etholiadol” (“electoral division”) yw un o adrannau etholiadol Bwrdeistref Sirol Casnewydd fel y'i sefydlwyd gan Orchymyn Trefniadau Etholiadol Bwrdeistref Sirol Casnewydd 1994(1);
ystyr “y Ddeddf” (“the Act”) yw Deddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972.
