Newidiadau i ddeddfwriaeth:
Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Trefniadau Gweithrediaeth) (Cyflawni Swyddogaethau) (Cymru) 2002. Bydd y newidiadau hynny yn cael eu rhestru pan fyddwch yn agor y cynnwys gan ddefnyddio’r Tabl Cynnwys isod. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.
