The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16BC(2) and (3) of, and paragraphs 6(1) and (2) of Schedule 5B to the National Health Service Act 1977(1) which are exercisable by the National Assembly(2) in relation to Wales, makes the following Regulations —

Functions under section 16BC and Schedule 5B of the National Health Service Act 1977 are vested directly in the Assembly.
