Gorfodi

48.—(1) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn i'w gorfodi gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ynglŷn â'r canlynol —

(a)safleoedd sydd wedi'u trwyddedu o dan Reoliadau Cig Ffres (Hylendid ac Archwilio) 1995(1);

(b)safleoedd sydd wedi'u trwyddedu o dan Reoliadau Cig Dofednod, Cig Adar Hela a Ffermir a Chig Cwningen (Hylendid ac Archwilio) 1995(2);

(c)safleoedd sydd wedi'u trwyddedu o dan Reoliadau Cig Adar Hela Gwyllt (Hylendid ac Archwilio) 1995(3);

(ch)safleoedd cyfun fel y diffinnir “combined premises” yn Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig (Hylendid) 1994(4));

(d)safleoedd cyfun fel y diffinnir “combined premises” yn Rheoliadau Briwgig a Pharatoadau Cig (Hylendid) 1995(5).

(2) Ac eithrio fel a bennir ym mharagraff (1) mae'r Rheoliadau hyn i'w gorfodi gan yr awdurdod lleol.

(3) Caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gyfarwyddo, mewn perthynas ag achosion o ddisgrifiad penodol neu unrhyw achos penodol, fod dyletswydd i orfodi a osodir ar awdurdod lleol o dan y rheoliad hwn i'w chyflawni gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ac nid gan yr awdurdod lleol.
