Enwi cychwyn a chymhwyo
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Addysg (Cyrff sy'n Cael eu Cydnabod) (Cymru) 2003 a daw i rym ar 31 Rhagfyr 2003.
(2) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i Gymru yn unig.
Cyrff sy'n cael eu hadnabod
2. Mae'r cyrff a bennir yn yr Atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn wedi'u pennu fel cyrff sy'n gyrff sy'n cael eu cydnabod, yn nhyb Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
