The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 64(6) and 70(2) of the Health and Social Care Act 2001(1), hereby makes the following Order:

2001 c. 15. The powers are conferred upon the “relevant authority” which section 66 of the 2001 Act defines as the National Assembly for Wales in relation to Wales, and the Secretary of State in relation to England.
