Combined Fire Authorities (Secure Tenancies) (Wales) Regulations 1998
46.—(1) The Combined Fire Authorities (Secure Tenancies) (Wales) Regulations 1998(1) are amended as follows.
(2) For regulation 2 (interpretation), substitute—
“Interpretation
2. In these Regulations “combination scheme” means a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies.”.
(3) In regulation 3 (secure tenancies)—
(a)for regulation 3(1), substitute—
“(1) This regulation applies in relation to a fire and rescue authority constituted by a combination scheme.”; and
(b)in regulation 3(2), for the words “combined fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
