1.  Daw'r droetffordd/ffordd feiciau newydd y mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn bwriadu ei hadeiladu ar hyd y llwybr a ddisgrifir yn yr atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gefnffordd o'r dyddiad y daw'r Gorchymyn hwn i rym.

2.  Dangosir llinell ganol y gefnffordd newydd â llinell ddu drom ar y plan a adneuwyd.

3.  Yn y Gorchymyn hwn:—

(1) mesurir pob mesur pellter ar hyd llwybr y briffordd berthnasol;

(2) (i) ystyr “y gefnffordd” (“the trunk road”) yw Cefnffordd Llundain— Abergwaun (A40)

(ii)ystyr “y gefnffordd newydd”(“the new trunk road”) yw'r gefnffordd y cyfeirir ati yn Erthygl 1 o'r Gorchymyn hwn.

(iii)ystyr “y plan a adneuwyd” (“the deposited plan”) yw'r plan ac arno'r rhif HA10/2 NAFW 5 ac arno'r marc “ Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Llundain — Abergwaun (A40) (Troetffordd/Ffordd Feiciau Gyfun, Windyhall, Abergwaun) 2005”, a lofnodwyd ar ran y Gweinidog dros Ddatblygu Economaidd ac a adneuwyd yn Uned Storio ac Adfer Cofnodion Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (RSRU), Neptune Point, Ocean Way, Caerdydd.

4.  Daw'r Gorchymyn hwn i rym ar 18 Tachwedd 2005 a'i enw yw Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Llundain — Abergwaun (A40) (Troetffordd/Ffordd feiciau Windyhall, Abergwaun) 2005.
