Achos arbennig, gosod dyfarniad o'r naill du ac ailgyfeirio
30.—(1) Caiff y llys sirol o bryd i'w gilydd ailgyfeirio'r dyfarniad, neu ran o'r dyfarniad, i'r cymrodeddwr er mwyn iddo neu iddi ei ailystyried.
(2) mae paragraff (3) yn gymwys mewn unrhyw achos lle ymddengys i'r llys sirol fod camgymeriad cyfreithiol o fewn y dyfarniad.
(3) Yn lle arfer ei bŵ er i ailgyfeirio dyfarniad o dan is-baragraff (1), caiff y llys amrywio'r dyfarniad drwy roi yn lle cymaint ohono ag yr effeithir arno gan y camgymeriad y cyfryw ddyfarniad ag y cred y llys y byddai wedi bod yn briodol i'r cymrodeddwr ei wneud o dan yr amgylchiadau.
(4) mae dyfarniad a amrywiwyd yn unol â pharagraff (3) yn effeithiol fel y'i hamrywiwyd felly.
(5) Lle gorchmynnir ailgyfeirio'r dyfarniad o dan is-baragraff (1), mae'n rhaid i'r cymrodeddwr, oni fydd y gorchymyn yn cyfarwyddo fel arall, wneud a llofnodi ei d(d)yfarniad o fewn 30 diwrnod i ddyddiad y gorchymyn.
(6) Os bydd y llys sirol yn fodlon bod y cyfnod o amser ar gyfer gwneud y dyfarniad am unrhyw reswm da yn annigonol, caiff y llys estyn yr amser hwnnw neu ei estyn ymhellach am y cyfryw gyfnod ag y cred ei fod yn briodol.
