Cadw cofnodion ar gyfer cludo etc., bwydydd anaddas ar gyfer anifeiliaid
19.—(1) Mae'n rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n cyflenwi, yn cludo neu'n derbyn unrhyw fwydydd anifeiliaid anwes sy'n cynnwys protein anifeiliaid nad yw wedi ei fwriadu ar gyfer ei ddefnyddio fel bwyd anifeiliaid anwes gofnodi–
(i)enw'r gwneuthurwr;
(ii)dyddiad cyflenwi a derbyn;
(iii)safle'r tarddiad a'r gyrchfan;
(iv)niferoedd y bwyd anifeiliaid anwes; a
(v)natur y protein anifeiliaid sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn y bwyd anifeiliaid anwes.
(2) Mae'n rhaid iddo gadw'r cofnodion hynny am 2 flynedd.
(3) Mae'n rhaid i'r traddodwr sicrhau bod y bwyd anifeiliaid anwes wedi ei labelu gyda'r wybodaeth y cyfeirir ati yn is-baragraff (1) neu bod dogfennaeth yn gysylltiedig sy'n cynnwys yr wybodaeth honno.
(4) Mae unrhyw berson sy'n peidio â chydymffurfio â'r paragraff hwn yn euog o drosedd.
