Rhwystro swyddogion
17.—(1) Mae unrhyw berson–
(a)nad yw'n cydymffurfio heb reswm digonol ag unrhyw ofyniad a orfodir gan swyddog pysgodfeydd môr Prydain o dan bwerau a gyflwynir i swyddogion pysgodfeydd môr Prydain gan reoliadau 13, 14 a 15 o'r Rheoliadau hyn;
(b)heb reswm digonol yn rhwystro neu'n ceisio rhwystro unrhyw berson arall rhag cydymffurfio gydag unrhyw ofyniad o'r fath; neu
(c)sy'n ymosod ar unrhyw swyddog sy'n arfer unrhyw rai o'r pwerau a gyflwynwyd i'r swyddog o dan reoliadau 13, 14 a 15 o'r Rheoliadau hyn neu'n fwriadol yn rhwystro unrhyw swyddog o'r fath sy'n arfer unrhyw rai o'r pwerau hynny,
yn euog o drosedd.
(2) Mae person sy'n euog o drosedd o dan baragraff (1) yn agored–
(a)ar gollfarn ddiannod i ddirwy dim uwch na'r uchafswm statudol; neu
(b)ar gollfarn o dditiad i ddirwy.
