Prynu pysgod gan brynwr anghofrestredig
8.—(1) Bydd unrhyw berson sy'n prynu pysgod yn groes i Erthygl 22(2)(b) o'r Rheoliad CFP, o'i darllen gydag is-baragraff olaf Erthygl 22(2), yn euog o drosedd.
(2) Bydd unrhyw berson sydd–
(a)yn prynu pysgod ac a fyddai oni bai am is-baragraff olaf Erthygl 22(2) yn euog o drosedd o dan baragraff (1); ac
(b)ar y dydd y mae'r person hwnnw'n prynu'r pysgod yn prynu cyfanswm o dros 25 kilogram o bysgod,
yn euog o drosedd.
(3) Bydd unrhyw berson sy'n prynu pysgod gwerthiant cyntaf gan unrhyw un heblaw gwerthwr pysgod cofrestredig ac yntau heb fod yn brynwr pysgod cofrestredig, yn euog o drosedd.
(4) Nid yw person yn euog o drosedd o dan baragraff (3) os–
(a)nad yw'r person hwnnw'n prynu mwy na 25 kilogram o bysgod ar y diwrnod dan sylw; ac
(b)mae'r person hwnnw'n gallu'n dangos mai ar gyfer treuliant preifat y mae'r holl bysgod a brynwyd ar y diwrnod hwnnw.
