Grant at ffioedd
21.—(1) Mae gan fyfyriwr yng Nghanolfan Bologna hawl i gael grant at ffioedd mewn perthynas â blwyddyn academaidd ar y cwrs cyfredol wedi'i gyfrifo yn unol â pharagraff (2).
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), swm y grant at ffioedd sy'n daladwy mewn perthynas â blwyddyn academaidd yw cyfanswm y ffioedd sy'n daladwy gan y myfyrwyr mewn perthynas â bod yn bresennol ar y cwrs yn ystod y flwyddyn academaidd honno, neu fel arall mewn cysylltiad â bod yn bresennol arno.
(3) Er gwaethaf paragraff (2), nid yw'r grant at ffioedd sy'n daladwy o dan y rheoliad hwn i fod yn fwy na 22,700 ewro.
