44. Yn lle paragraff 3(4) o Atodlen 4 rhodder—
“(2) Er mwyn cyfrifo'r cyfraniad sy'n daladwy o ran myfyriwr sy'n rhiant, rhaid peidio â chronni incwm gweddilliol partner y myfyriwr sy'n rhiant o dan baragraff (b) o is-baragraff (2) yn achos myfyriwr sy'n rhiant y mae ei blentyn neu blentyn ei bartner yn dal dyfarndaliad y cyfrifir incwm yr aelwyd yn ei gylch gan gyfeirio at incwm gweddilliol y myfyriwr sy'n rhiant neu bartner y myfyriwr sy'n rhiant neu'r ddau”.
