Revocations and savings
23.—(1) The Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (Wales) (No.2) Regulations 2005(1) are revoked.
(2) The Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures in Zoos) (Wales) (No.2) Regulations 2005(2) are revoked.
(3) The general licence for bird gatherings issued by the National Assembly under regulation 5 of the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (Wales) (No.2) Regulations 2005 remains in force as if it were granted under regulation 6(1) of these Regulations.
