Pwer i wneud brechu'n ofynnol
8.—(1) Caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, drwy ddatganiad parth brechu neu hysbysiad brechu, ei gwneud yn ofynnol bod dofednod neu adar caeth eraill yn y parth hwnnw neu yn y fangre honno sy'n destun yr hysbysiad hwnnw gael eu brechu.
(2) Mae darpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf yn gymwys fel petai'r brechu yn cael ei wneud drwy arfer pwer yn adran 16(1) o'r Ddeddf—
(a)adran 16(2) i 16(17)(1)(triniaeth ar ôl bod yn agored i heintiad);
(b)adran 16A(2) (lladd anifeiliaid sydd wedi'u brechu); ac
(c)adran 62A(3) (lladd: pwer mynediad).
