3. Symudiad unrhyw ŵy heblaw ŵy deor o fangre sydd y tu allan i barth brechu, neu nad yw'n destun hysbysiad brechu, i fangre sydd mewn parth brechu neu'n destun hysbysiad brechu, ar yr amod bod—
(a)ei fod yn cael ei gludo i ganolfan bacio ddynodedig a'i fod wedi'i bacio mewn deunydd pacio tafladwy a bod pob mesur bioddiogelwch sy'n ofynnol gan y drwydded symud yn cael ei ddefnyddio; neu
(b)ei fod yn cael ei gludo i sefydliad ar gyfer gweithgynhyrchu cynhyrchion wyau fel a nodir ym Mhennod II o Adran X o Atodiad III i Reoliad (EC) Rhif 853/2004 er mwyn iddynt gael eu trafod a'u trin yn unol â Phennod XI o Atodiad II i Reoliad (EC) Rhif 852/2004.
