Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn darparu ar gyfer cymorth i fyfyrwyr cymwys sy'n dilyn cyrsiau dynodedig ym maes addysg uwch yng Nghanolfan Bologna, Coleg Ewrop neu'r Athrofa Brifysgol Ewropeaidd mewn cysylltiad â blwyddyn academaidd sy'n dechrau ar neu ar ôl 1 Medi 2008.
Mae grant at ffioedd ar gael ar gyfer un myfyriwr cymwys yng Nghanolfan Bologna.
Mae grant at ffioedd, grantiau at gostau byw a chostau eraill, lwfans myfyrwyr anabl a grant ar gyfer dibynyddion ar gael ar gyfer hyd at ddau fyfyriwr cymwys yng Ngholeg Ewrop.
Mae grantiau at gostau byw a chostau eraill, lwfans myfyrwyr anabl a grant ar gyfer dibynyddion ar gael ar gyfer un myfyriwr cymwys yn yr Athrofa Brifysgol Ewropeaidd.
Mae'r Rheoliadau'n disgrifio'r meini prawf cymhwystra ar gyfer y grantiau, y weithdrefn ar gyfer gwneud cais a'r dull o gyfrifo swm y grant sy'n daladwy. Mae'r Rheoliadau yn disgrifio hefyd y trefniadau ar gyfer talu'r grantiau ac adennill unrhyw ordaliadau.
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn hefyd yn diwygio Rheoliadau Rheoliadau Grantiau Dysgu'r Cynulliad (Sefydliadau Ewropeaidd) (Cymru) 2007 (“Rheoliadau 2007”). Cyfeirir at y diwygiadau yn Atodlen 1.
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn dirymu Rheoliadau 2007 i'r graddau a nodir yn rheoliadau 4 i 6.
