Enw, cychwyn a chymhwyso
1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Ffioedd a Thaliadau Optegol) (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2009 sy'n dod i rym ar 11 Mawrth 2009.
