16.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Ysgolion a Gynhelir Newydd (Cymru) 2005(1) fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn rheoliadau 3, 5, 6, 8 a 9(1), (2), (3) a (7)(a) yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” ym mhob man lle y mae'r geiriau hynny'n digwydd rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.

(3) Yn lle rheoliad 9(7)(b) rhodder—

“(b)yn cael ei gyflogi gan yr awdurdod lleol mewn cysylltiad â'i swyddogaethau addysg; neu”.

(4) Yn rheoliadau 10 a 11 yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” ym mhob man lle y mae'r geiriau hynny'n digwydd rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.

(5) Yn lle rheoliad 12 rhodder—

“Llywodraethwyr awdurdod dros dro

12.—(1) “Llywodraethwr awdurdod dros dro” yw person a benodwyd gan awdurdod lleol yn aelod o gorff llywodraethu dros dro ar ysgol newydd.

(2) Mae person wedi ei ddatgymhwyso rhag cael ei benodi'n llywodraethwr awdurdod dros dro ar ysgol os yw'n gymwys i fod yn staff-lywodraethwr dros dro neu'n athro-lywodraethwr dros dro ar ysgol.”.

(6) Yn rheoliadau 13, 15 16(1) a (3)(ch) yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” ym mhob man lle y mae'r geiriau hynny'n digwydd rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.

(7) Yn lle rheoliad 16(3)(d) rhodder—

“(d)yn cael ei gyflogi gan yr awdurdod lleol mewn cysylltiad â'i swyddogaethau addysg.”.

(8) Yn rheoliadau 21, 26, 27, 30, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 43 a 44 yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” ym mhob man lle y mae'r geiriau hynny'n digwydd rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.
