Byrddau Integredig Cymorth i Deuluoedd
4. Er mwyn cyrraedd yr amcanion yn adran 62(1) o Fesur 2010 (Swyddogaethau byrddau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd) rhaid i fwrdd integredig cymorth i deuluoedd—
(a)cael ac ystyried adroddiadau rheolaidd oddi wrth y person sy'n rheoli'r tîm gan gynnwys gwybodaeth am lefelau gweithgarwch gwasanaethu a chanlyniadau;
(b)ceisio datrys problemau o ran cyd-drefnu gwasanaethau a ddarperir gan y tîm a gwasanaethau eraill a ddarperir gan yr awdurdod lleol a'r bwrdd iechyd lleol;
(c)sicrhau bod gan y tîm weithdrefnau o ran
(i)amddiffyn plant;
(ii)amddiffyn oedolion;
(ch)sefydlu gweithdrefn i ddatrys anghydfod rhwng yr awdurdod lleol a'r bwrdd iechyd lleol am y trefniadau ar gyfer y tîm;
(d)sicrhau bod trefniadau digonol i oruchwylio pob aelod o staff proffesiynol ac i ofalu am eu datblygiad proffesiynol;
(dd)cael adroddiadau ar incwm a gwariant y tîm a hysbysu'r awdurdod lleol a'r bwrdd iechyd lleol am unrhyw broblemau ariannol neu broblemau yn ymwneud ag adnoddau eraill a fyddai'n debygol o effeithio ar allu y tîm i gyflawni ei amcanion.
