Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Cymeradwyo Trapiau Sbring (Cymru) 2010. Daw i rym ar 1 Tachwedd 2010.
(2) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys o ran Cymru.
Cymeradwyo trapiau sbring
2.—(1) At ddibenion adran 8(3) o Ddeddf Plâu 1954, mae'r trapiau sbring canlynol wedi'u cymeradwyo, sef—
(a)unrhyw drap sbring—
(i)o fath a gwneuthuriad a bennir yn unrhyw gofnod yng ngholofn (1) o'r Atodlen; a
(ii)sy'n cael ei weithgynhyrchu neu a gafodd ei weithgynhyrchu gan neu o dan awdurdod y person neu'r cwmni a bennir yn y cofnod hwnnw; a
(b)unrhyw drap sbring sy'n gyfwerth ym mhob modd perthnasol â thrap sbring o fath a gwneuthuriad a bennir yn unrhyw gofnod yng ngholofn (1) o'r Atodlen.
(2) Mae'r cymeradwyaethau a roddir gan baragraff (1) o'r erthygl hon sy'n ymwneud ag unrhyw drap sbring a bennir yn unrhyw gofnod yng ngholofn (1) o'r Atodlen, ac sy'n ymwneud ag unrhyw drap sbring sy'n gyfwerth ym mhob modd perthnasol â thrap sbring a bennir felly, yn ddarostyngedig i'r amodau o ran yr anifeiliaid y caniateir defnyddio'r trap sbring a bennir yn y cofnod cyfatebol yng ngholofn (2) o'r Atodlen mewn perthynas â hwy a'r amgylchiadau y caniateir defnyddio'r trap sbring a bennir yn y cofnod cyfatebol yng ngholofn (2) o'r Atodlen oddi tanynt.
(3) At ddibenion y Gorchymyn hwn, mae trap sbring yn gyfwerth ym mhob modd perthnasol â thrap sbring o fath a gwneuthuriad a bennir yn yr Atodlen os yw'n cyfateb i'r trap sbring a bennir felly o ran adeiladwaith, deunyddiau, grym effaith neu fomentwm, ac ym mhob modd arall sy'n berthnasol i'w effaith neu i'w fodd o weithredu fel trap.

3. Dirymir Gorchymyn Cymeradwyo Trapiau Sbring 1995(1) i'r graddau y mae'n gymwys o ran Cymru.
