Title and commencement
1. The title of this Order is The Preserved Counties of Powys and Mid Glamorgan (Changes in Area) Order 2010 and it comes into force on 1 April 2010.
Interpretation
2. In this Order—
“the boundary map” (“y map ffiniau”) means the map marked “Map of the Preserved Counties of Powys and Mid Glamorgan (Changes in Area) Order 2010”.
Changes in area of preserved counties
3. The part of the preserved county of Powys shown hatched on the boundary map is transferred to the preserved county of Mid Glamorgan.
