1. Caiff yr awdurdod lleol godi ffi, taladwy pan gyflwynir anfoneb, am y gweithgareddau a nodir yn y tabl canlynol; a swm y ffi fydd cost resymol darparu'r gwasanaeth, yn ddarostyngedig i'r uchafsymiau canlynol.

2.—(1) Mae unrhyw berson sy'n gofyn am unrhyw beth o dan y Rheoliadau hyn yn atebol am y gost.
(2) Fel arall, mae ffioedd yn daladwy fel a bennir yn yr anfoneb, gan y person perthnasol fel y'i diffinnir yn adran 80(7) o Ddeddf y Diwydiant Dŵr 1991.
(3) Pan fo mwy nag un person yn atebol, yna, wrth benderfynu pwy ddylai wneud taliad i'r awdurdod lleol—
(a)caiff yr awdurdod lleol rannu'r tâl rhyngddynt; a
(b)rhaid i'r awdurdod lleol roi sylw i unrhyw gytundeb neu ddogfen arall a ddangosir iddo ynglŷn â'r telerau y cyflenwir y dŵr odanynt.
