Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn, sy'n gymwys o ran Cymru, yn diwygio'r swm o rent blynyddol sy'n peri, o dan baragraff 2 o Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf Tai 1988, na chaiff tenantiaeth fod yn denantiaeth sicr pan fo'r rhent blynyddol uwchlaw'r swm hwnnw. Cynyddir y swm hwnnw o £25,000 i £100,000, yn effeithiol o 1 Rhagfyr 2011 ymlaen.
