Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi'u dynodi(1) at ddibenion adran 2(2) o Ddeddf y Cymunedau Ewropeaidd 1972(2) mewn perthynas â pholisi amaethyddol cyffredin yr UE. Maent yn gwneud y Rheoliadau hyn drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan yr adran honno a pharagraff 1A o Atodlen 2 i'r Ddeddf honno(3).

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gwneud darpariaeth at ddiben a grybwyllir yn adran 2(2) o Ddeddf y Cymunedau Ewropeaidd 1972 ac y mae'n ymddangos i Weinidogion Cymru ei bod yn hwylus dehongli cyfeiriadau yn y Rheoliadau hyn at yr offerynnau UE canlynol fel cyfeiriadau at yr offerynnau hynny fel y'u diwygir o bryd i'w gilydd—

(a)

Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 1234/2007 sy'n sefydlu trefniant cyffredin ar gyfer marchnadoedd amaethyddol ac yn ymdrin â darpariaethau penodol ar gyfer cynhyrchion amaethyddol penodedig (4), a

(b)

Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 1249/2008 sy'n gosod rheolau manwl ar roi ar waith raddfeydd y Gymuned ar gyfer dosbarthu carcasau eidion, moch a defaid a hysbysu eu prisiau(5).
