1.—(1) Enw' r Gorchymyn hwn yw the Gorchymyn Mesur Codi Ffioedd am Wasanaethau Gofal Cymdeithasol (Cymru) 2010 (Cychwyn) 2011.
(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn, ystyr “y Mesur” (“the Measure”) yw Mesur Codi Ffioedd am Wasanaethau Gofal Cymdeithasol (Cymru) 2010.
