The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 32(9), 33(4), 43(7) and 44(4) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992(1).

1992 c. 14. Sections 32(9), 33(4), 43(7) and 44(4) were amended by section 79 of and Schedule 7 to the Localism Act 2011 (c. 20).
