Gofynion ychwanegol a fydd yn gymwys i safleoedd dros dro mewn caeau o 1 Ionawr 2014 ymlaen
33. Yn ychwanegol at reoliad 32, o 1 Ionawr 2014 ymlaen—
(a)rhaid peidio â symud uwchbridd o’r tir lle y bwriedir adeiladu safle dros dro mewn cae;
(b)rhaid i safle dros dro mewn cae beidio â bod o fewn 30m i gwrs dŵr ar dir y nodir ar y map risg fod ei oleddf yn fwy na 12°; a
(c)dylid cadw arwyneb unrhyw safle dros dro mewn cae mor fach ag y bo’n rhesymol ymarferol, er mwyn lleihau effeithiau trwytholchi gan ddŵr glaw.
