Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio ffurflenni penodol a ragnodir yn Rheoliadau’r Llyfr Rhent (Ffurflenni Hysbysu) 1982(1).
Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn gwneud diwygiadau o ganlyniad i Ddeddf Diwygio Lles 2012 (p. 5) ac yn mewnosod cyfeiriadau yn y ffurflenni hynny at gredyd cynhwysol.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r Rheoliadau hyn. O ganlyniad, ystyriwyd nad oedd yn angenrheidiol cynnal asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol o’r costau a’r manteision sy’n debygol o ddeillio o gydymffurfio â’r Rheoliadau hyn.
