Monitro dŵr mwynol naturiol
23. Yn achos dŵr mwynol naturiol, rhaid i bob awdurdod bwyd gynnal gwiriadau achlysurol i sicrhau—
(a)bod cyfansoddiad, tymheredd a nodweddion hanfodol eraill y dŵr yn parhau’n sefydlog o fewn terfynau anwadaliad naturiol;
(b)heb leihau effaith paragraff (a), nad yw cyfansoddiad, tymheredd a nodweddion hanfodol eraill y dŵr yn cael eu heffeithio gan unrhyw amrywiad yng nghyfradd y llif;
(c)bod y cyfrif cytref hyfyw wrth y ffynhonnell (cyn i’r dŵr gael unrhyw driniaeth) yn rhesymol gyson, gan gymryd i ystyriaeth gyfansoddiad ansoddol a meintiol y dŵr a ystyriwyd wrth roi cydnabyddiaeth i’r dŵr a pha un a yw’n parhau i fodloni gofynion Rhan 1 o Atodlen 1; a
(d)bod gofynion Atodlen 4 yn cael eu bodloni mewn perthynas â’r dŵr.
