Taliadau sy’n ddyledus mewn cysylltiad â phersonau a fu farw
179.—(1) Mae paragraff (2) yn gymwys os, ar farwolaeth person, nad yw’r cyfanswm sy’n ddyladwy o dan y cynllun hwn i gynrychiolwyr personol y person hwnnw (gan gynnwys unrhyw beth a oedd yn ddyladwy ar farwolaeth y person hwnnw) yn fwy na’r swm a bennir mewn unrhyw orchymyn sydd mewn grym am y tro o dan adran 6 o Ddeddf Gweinyddu Ystadau (Taliadau Bach) 1965(1) ac sy’n gymwys mewn perthynas â marwolaeth y person hwnnw.
(2) Caiff rheolwr cynllun dalu’r cyfan neu ran o’r swm dyladwy i—
(a)cynrychiolwyr personol y person; neu
(b)unrhyw berson neu bersonau y mae’n ymddangos i’r rheolwr cynllun sydd â hawlogaeth fel buddiolwyr yr ystad,
heb ddangos profiant na llythyrau gweinyddu ystad y person.
