Pensiwn plentyn cymwys sy’n daladwy ar farwolaeth aelod-bensiynwr
97.—(1) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys mewn perthynas â phlentyn cymwys aelod a fu farw, os oedd yr aelod, ar ddyddiad ei farwolaeth, yn aelod-bensiynwr (P).
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), cyfradd flynyddol o bensiwn plentyn cymwys yw swm sy’n hafal i’r gyfran benodedig o swm y pensiwn ymddeol a oedd yn daladwy i P yn union cyn ei farwolaeth.
(3) Os gwnaed gostyngiad talu’n gynnar ar ymddeoliad P, y swm ym mharagraff (2) yw’r gyfran benodedig o swm y pensiwn ymddeol a fyddai wedi bod yn daladwy pe na bai’r gostyngiad hwnnw wedi ei wneud.
