Diwygio Rheoliadau Addysg (Arolygu Addysg Feithrin) (Cymru) 2015
5. Mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Arolygu Addysg Feithrin) (Cymru) 2015(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn—
(a)yn rheoliad 3, yn lle paragraff (2)(f), rhodder—
“(f)yn achos addysg feithrin a ddarperir gan berson sydd wedi ei gofrestru gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan adrannau 20 neu 22 o Fesur Plant a Theuluoedd (Cymru) 2010(2), y person hwnnw a Gweinidogion Cymru”; a
(b)yn rheoliad 4, yn lle paragraff (1)(b), rhodder—
“(b)ym mhob achos arall, o leiaf unwaith o fewn cyfnod o saith mlynedd yn dechrau ar 1 Medi 2016 ac yn dod i ben ar 31 Awst 2023 ac o leiaf unwaith o fewn pob cyfnod o chwe blynedd wedi hynny yn dechrau pan ddaw’r cyfnod blaenorol i ben.”
