Amodau lluosi: planhigion tarddiol sylfaenol
19.—(1) Caniateir lluosi planhigion tarddiol sylfaenol a dyfir o ddeunyddiau cyn-sylfaenol mewn nifer o genedliadau er mwyn cael y nifer angenrheidiol o blanhigion tarddiol sylfaenol yn unol â’r paragraff hwn.
(2) Rhaid gwneud unrhyw luosi o blanhigion tarddiol sylfaenol o dan is-baragraff (1) yn unol â pharagraff 13 ac, at ddibenion yr is-baragraff hwn, mae cyfeiriad at blanhigyn tarddiol cyn-sylfaenol ym mharagraff 13 i’w ddehongli fel cyfeiriad at blanhigyn tarddiol sylfaenol.
(3) Ni chaiff y nifer uchaf o genedliadau a ganiateir, na’r hyd oes hwyaf a ganiateir ar gyfer planhigyn tarddiol sylfaenol, fod yn uwch na’r terfynau a bennir yn Atodlen V i Gyfarwyddeb 2014/98/EU ar gyfer y genera neu’r rhywogaethau perthnasol.
(4) Pan ganiateir cenedliadau lluosog o blanhigion tarddiol sylfaenol, caiff pob cenhedliad, ac eithrio’r cyntaf, ddeillio o unrhyw genhedliad blaenorol.
(5) Rhaid cadw deunyddiau lluosogi o genedliadau gwahanol ar wahân.
