Rheoliadau Organeddau a Addaswyd yn Enetig (Eu Gollwng yn Fwriadol) (Cymru) 2002
4.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Organeddau a Addaswyd yn Enetig (Eu Gollwng yn Fwriadol) (Cymru) 2002(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 2(1), yn y diffiniad o “y Gyfarwyddeb Defnydd Amgaeëdig” (“the Contained Use Directive”), yn lle’r geiriau o “Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor” hyd at y diwedd rhodder “Cyfarwyddeb 2009/41/EC Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor ar y defnydd amgaeëdig o ficro-organeddau a addaswyd yn enetig(2)”.
(3) Yn lle rheoliad 13(4)(c) rhodder—
“(c)unrhyw berson, neu unrhyw aelod o bwyllgor diogelwch addasu genetig, y mae’n rhaid cael cyngor ganddo o dan reoliad 8 o Reoliadau Organeddau a Addaswyd yn Enetig (Defnydd Amgaeëdig) 2014(3),”.
